š In 2023 we launched the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) which enabled us to set up a cafe for staff at WDSS. Since our opening on the 11th of May, we have gained MANY valuable hospitality skills - from kitchen hand to coffee barista, front of house to delivery service. š§ Each week, we create amazing food and drinks that we will share on here. š« Coffee beans are supplied by the amazing crew at @madem_hq - we love having local expert knowledge to keep us in the know. š„ Our local bakery @salusbakery supplies us with our baked goods - we love supporting local businesses. š« Follow along our journey as we become the future of hospitality in our region!
